A vibrant Colombian coffee from El Vergel Estate, Cherry Blossom is a beautifully expressive Caturra with a seriously juicy character. Grown at 1,750 metres above sea level in Huila, this 88-point coffee combines a honey anaerobic process with a cherry co-fermentation to create a cup that’s bright, playful and full of fruit.

Expect lively notes of cherry, lemonade and tropical fruits, balanced by a clean, refreshing sweetness. It’s the kind of coffee that brings plenty of character to the cup while still remaining wonderfully approachable.
